What is WeWork Now?

WeWork Now is The We Company’s on-demand workspace, event space, shop & cafe in the heart of the Flatiron district. Walk in to reserve a pay-per-minute desk or book ahead for a full day, WeWork Now offers the ultimate flexibility in workspace.

Do I need a WeWork membership to visit WeWork Now?

Nope! A  WeWork membership is not required to access WeWork Now. WeWork Now is an on-demand, pay as you go, service without any long-term commitment. You can view pricing here.

Do I need an account to work from WeWork Now?

Yes, in order to use the workspace, everyone is required to create a WeWork Now account. This will keep your reservations, payments, and personal info all in one place, helping you speed up the booking process.

WeWork Now requires you to save a credit card on file but don’t worry,  we’ll only charge you when you book a visit.

Feel free to stop by to browse or grab a coffee – no account needed.

How do I plan my visit to WeWork Now?

Start by creating an account. After that, you have a few options.

  • Need a space to work ASAP? Drop in, scan your QR code, choose your seat, stay at long as you want, scan out, pay for the time you’re there (30 minute minimum).

  • Need a seat for a full day? Login to your account at app.weworknow.com, tap book ahead and reserve a daily seat for any day you choose which is good from 8am-6pm.

  • Hosting a big meeting? We have conference rooms available on an hourly or daily basis. Login to your account at app.weworknow.com, find a room that works for you and book ahead.

What payment methods do you offer?

WeWork Now accepts all major credit & debit cards.

What are the working hours of WeWork Now?

The WeWork Now workspace is open from 8am- 6pm Monday – Sunday.

The shop & Bluestone Lane cafe are open from 7am-7pm Monday – Friday, 8am-6pm Saturday & Sunday.

What kind of food & drink is available at WeWork Now?

Bluestone Lane is our exclusive food and beverage partner at WeWork Now. We feature a full coffee, tea and non-alcoholic beverage menu, as well as a variety of meal, snack and pastry options.

For private events or conference room bookings, Bluestone Lane offers a special group menu that can be arranged for in advance. Complete menus are available here.

Please note that outside food and beverages are not allowed at this time.

What is the cancellation policy at WeWork Now?

If your plans change and you need to cancel your daily seat or conference room, please do so by 5pm the night before your reservation for a full refund.

How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

Once you scan into the space, we will hook you up with the WiFi credentials.

Can I connect and share to the TV display in the conference room?
